Position: Marketing Communication Manager

Report to: Deputy Managing Director

Summary job purpose: Manage marketing communication jobs for the company

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with all units to create and manage integrated marketing communication strategies
  
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication methods, cost and results. Recommends solutions to improve those methods
  
• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives including product launch, sales collateral, campaigns, social site presence, company website and application, media planning, PR and corporate event
  
• Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets
  
• Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines
  
• Build and manage the corporate communication budget
  
• Actively manage marketing communication jobs to produce high quality tasks in time and within budget
  
• Collaborate closely with managers in other units
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or business related fields
  
• Minimum of 10-year experience in marketing communication
  
• Minimum of 5-year experience managing a marketing communication team
  
• Passionate in sport is preferred
  
• Experience successfully building coaching and motivating high performing tam while hold employee accountable
  
• Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills
  
• Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skill
  
• Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
  
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
  
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues
  

Position: Sport Commerce Manager

Report to: Deputy Managing Director

Summary job purpose: Manage Sport commerce unit to achieve sales KPI

Responsibilities:

• Co-work on the consumer insight to identify the preferred products
  
• Sourcing and negotiating with brands, suppliers and partners for top quality, price and stock of selling products
  
• Develop the category to deliver the target of revenue
  
• Manage and supervise the constructing and implementing the suppliers and range plans to meet the requirements ad achieve sales and profit target
  
• Manage the promotion plan with weekly, monthly, quarterly plan and annual review
  
• Daily monitoring market trend in assigned category
  
• Coordinative with channels ad internal departments to ensure efficiency in communication marketing to promote products / new products / promotion campaign and logistic in stock planning
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
  
• 5-7 years of working experience in product or category manager
  
• Passionate in sport is preferred
  
• Skill in product management & development, pricing, sales planning, inventory control and understanding customer
  
• Good knowledge of online shopping, media
  
• Experienced in supplier management
  
• Good command in English both speaking writing
  
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and problem solving skill
  
• Some International sourcing experience and has network of suppliers in assigned categories would be a PLUS
